Key Responsibilities

• Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Outbound Calls : Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or promotional campaigns as directed.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the company's database.
• Product Knowledge : Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Sales Support : Promote and upsell company products or services, if applicable.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Compliance : Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally.
