Position Details:
- This position is temporary, full time.
- This role supports the contingent (Contract, non employee) recruitment and onboarding activity for all Operating units. Primary tasks include: securing approval for filling assignments, creating requisitions, reviewing and recommending submittals, coordinating the pre-hire onboarding, and maintaining and or providing activity results/reporting.
- The work is done through system access and data entry.
- Work Location: On site and remote (most of the work can be done at any Care NE facility, and or remotely based on MGR approval.
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the integration of talent into the organization.
- The Talent Acquisition Associate manages internal applicants and candidates proactively screens external applicants for open positions.
- Successful Talent Acquisition Associates are constantly ensuring the progression of both internal and external candidates to the next stage of the recruitment process.
- This role also supports the Talent Acquisition Partners with hiring manager relationships, offer letter generation, background checks and references processing and monitoring the ongoing accuracy of the applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or other related field with one to three years’ experience in Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Must have knowledge of MS office products, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
