Salary:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to drive the development and execution of our clients social media strategies. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, capable of crafting compelling content while analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach. This role requires a deep understanding of multiple social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and manage engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories, tailored to each platform.
  • Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule, utilizing social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize content based on performance insights and adjust strategies as necessary to meet campaign objectives.
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns, including setting up targeting, managing budgets, and monitoring ad performance.
  • Stay current on trends, platform updates, and emerging social media practices to apply innovative approaches to campaigns.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborative campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for strategic improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms for brands, agencies, or organizations.
  • Proven success in growing and engaging online communities.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several social media accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with influencer partnerships and outreach.
