Job Description

Showroom Associate to play a critical role in its continued growth. Reporting to our Showroom Manager, this role will be responsible for Vivrelle's client experience within our Showroom. This position is vital to supporting our large and growing member community.

Responsibilities:

• Processing member returns, swaps and pickups
• Inventory cycle counts
• Showroom organization
• Showroom walk throughs
• Speaking to members about the various brands we carry
• Assisting members with selection and double checking availability for them
• Handling any on site member appointments and inquiries
• Processing online orders by pulling from showroom
• Contacting members via email
• Supporting the members with scheduling appointments
• Assisting all inquiries that may come to the membership emails
• Following the set forth guidelines for any outgoing email or phone correspondence
• Ensure that all customer experience is handled with the highest level of service
• Processing member returns
• Cleaning and vacuuming product before delivered

Requirements:

• Organized and detail oriented
• Experience with designer handbag and luxury fashion space
• Analytical thinking while being customer-focused and brand-obsessed
• Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling challenges and opportunities
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done
• You are flexible, passionate and a team player
• Familiarity with tech and start-up environment
• 1-2 years experience in the fashion and/or luxury space

$50,000 - $52,000 a year

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, and certifications.
