Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Participate in all aspects of litigation, from discovery through trial and potential appeals. Provide strategic counsel to clients on insurance and reinsurance issues. Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and experts to develop effective litigation strategies. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
