Salary: 40,000 DOE

As a Professional Recruiter for AAA Landscape your role is to successfully attract, develop and retain talent within our organization; find landscape talent nationwide. You will be responsible to partner with senior leaders to ensure we have a pulse on employee engagement, opportunities for continuous improvement, and defining actions that lead to happy employees and awareness for executive leaders.

The development of strategic relationships for talent, benefits, company reputation, and culture building is key to expanding our company both internally and externally to the marketplace. Overall responsibilities include the development of actions that result in delivering competitive benefits, discount programs, and employee retention and recognition. Daily responsibilities encompass recruiting & employee relations.

As a Professional Recruiter for AAA Landscape, you will own the entire candidate search process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Become an expert in recruiting top Landscape talent in the nation
• Be a head-hunter –source candidates on job boards, through referrals, social media and campus recruiting events, High Schools, FAA, etc.
• Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from initial conversation through onboarding
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with your hiring managers, peers and recruiting leadership
• Develop public image management in partnership with strategic committees.

What you need:

• Recruiting experience preferred, but no experience is required - we provide paid training and mentoring program
• Experience sourcing talent and driving applications through phone calls
• Highly motivated with a hall of fame work ethic
• The desire to be a part of AAA Landscape while contributing to our continued growth
