Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that paper products are packaged efficiently and accurately according to company standards.
1st: Monday- Friday 6:45a-3:15a $15.50/hr
2nd: Monday- Friday 2:45p 11:15p $16.50/hr
3rd: Monday night- Saturday morning 10:45p - 7:15a $16.90/hr
Responsibilities:
Operate packaging computer systems.
Inspect paper products for quality and defects.
Pack paper products into designated packaging materials.
Label and seal packages accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety and hygiene guidelines.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Report any issues with products to the supervisor.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.
Knowledge of packaging operation.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to proficiently read and write English
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot defects and ensure all packages meet quality standards.
Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling small parts and packaging materials efficiently.
Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long periods and lift packages up to [specify weight, e.g., 25 lbs].
Basic Math Skills: Ability to count and manage inventory accurately.
Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with other team members.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines.
Communication Skills: Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor issues with packaging equipment.
