What Youll Do

Our Lab Techs hand-craft top-quality dental appliances for orthodontists and dentists, meeting the unique needs of their patients. Ideal candidates will possess excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to minute details, including the ability to recognize differences in hue and form. Crafting these appliances involves a blend of technical and artistic mastery, which takes time and commitment to learn. However, we provide comprehensive training to achieve proficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Crafting top-quality dental appliances to meet orthodontists' and dentists' patients' needs.
• Collaborating with dental professionals to produce industry-leading quality appliances that inspire confidence in patients.
• Utilizing advanced processes and materials, such as metal, wire bending, and fabrication of specialized acrylics and metal alloys.
• Ensuring each appliance is tailored uniquely to the individual patient, with meticulous attention to detail.

No previous experience in a dental lab is needed or necessary to apply for this role.
