Marketing Director

Your mission will be to elevate our brand, attract tenants and investors, and bring our vision as a best-in-class neighborhood retail shopping center owner and operator to life. What You'll Do: ? Lead all marketing and PR efforts to boost visibility and engagement with prospective tenants, property owners, vendors and investors ? Develop high-impact, innovative campaigns that drive leasing, acquisitions, and investment opportunities. ? Create compelling content and materials that tell Saglos story across digital and traditional channels. ? Partner with internal teams to ensure our brand messaging is consistent and resonates with our target audiences. ? Manage newsletters, events, and other engagement strategies to keep our community informed and connected. What Were Looking For: ? A strategic thinker with a creative edge. ? Proven experience in CRE managing digital marketing, content creation, and market research. ? Exceptional communication skills to craft messages that capture attention. ?
