Job Description

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or English, with CET-6 or higher, and proficiency in English as a working language.
  2. Over 3 years of logistics management experience, with at least 1 year in warehouse management; experience with self-built overseas warehouses is preferred; outstanding graduates may have relaxed requirements.
  3. High sensitivity to data, capable of identifying business anomalies through data mining and driving improvements.
  4. Strong initiative and results-oriented approach to driving business and process improvements.
  5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and execution ability.
  6. Possession of a U.S. visa or qualification for a U.S. visa. 1. Familiar with the operational model of cross-border e-commerce logistics, business touchpoints between various cross-border e-commerce modules, and the overall logistics process.
  1. Responsible for overseeing the management of overseas warehouses, including detailed management of warehousing, inventory counting, and shipping processes.
  2. Develop accurate logistics performance metrics based on the company’s logistics status, ensuring low-cost and efficient logistics operations to achieve customer satisfaction.
  3. Familiar with e-commerce logistics processes; able to timely optimize logistics processes and related systems based on business changes, and coordinate with both front-end and back-end departments.
  4. Set precise performance indicators and daily management actions for logistics service providers, routinely monitor performance achievement, and implement daily management actions.
  5. Responsible for building the talent system within the logistics department, including talent screening and role allocation, and accountable for team talent development indicators.
