Key ResponsibilitiesIf you are a hard worker who has a desire to be a valuable asset with an established company, consider joining NetSteady as a Event Support Technician. Anyone with good technical ability, a mechanical aptitude and willingness to work in a variety of conditions (rain, snow, sun, attics, crawlspaces, etc.) can be extremely successful after completing our paid training program.
The working hours for this position is Wednesday through Sunday, 8am to 4:30pm Previous help desk or other IT experience required
Previous customer service experience required
Willingness to perform both service installation and support tasks
High School Diploma required, some college preferred
Ability to think critically and creatively
Reliable transportation and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
