Job Description We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Nocturnists and Hospitalists to join our dynamic hospital medicine team in beautiful Santa Rosa, CA. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive environment with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Full-time opening available, part-time considered
- Flexible scheduling:
- Nocturnist:122 shifts per year, averaging about 10 shifts a month
- Hospitalist: 7 on/7 off schedule, primarily day shifts with potential evening swing coverage.
- Closed ICU with 24-hour coverage
- Average census 12-15 patients
- EPIC EHR

Qualifications (Education, Licensures, and Certifications)
- You must be licensed in the state of California and have completed an accredited U.S. residency.
- You should be board certified (or eligible for recent graduates) in a primary care specialty (Internal Medicine, Family Practice).
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

About Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Medical Center
Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital provides state-of-the-art care in its 124-bed modern acute care facility with general medical, surgical, cardiac, and obstetric care. The hospital has a closed intensive care unit with 24-hour coverage.
