Home Clinical & Regulatory Manager (RN) Overview: The Home Clinical & Regulatory Manager (RN) is responsible for strategic leadership of the home dialysis program at Innovative Renal Care. The Home Clinical & Regulatory Manager will lead the program's growth, education, compliance, and outcomes. The Home Clinical & Regulatory Manager will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape the future of home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis programs while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. This position operates in both a clinic and remote work setting. Travel may be necessary to visit facilities, attend meetings, or participate in professional conferences. Essential Functions: Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all Innovative Renal Care (IRC) policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, OSHA, and other agency regulations applicable to the position. Always ensure HIPAA compliance. Educational Coordination and Training: Serve as a resource and coordinate monthly and ad hoc education sessions/updates for regional home representatives and other home program staff. Support the onboarding and training of new and existing home program coordinators and develop/update educational materials as needed. Program Assessments and Compliance: Conduct assessments and provide guidance to home programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as IRC policies and procedures. Communicate findings to the Medical Director, Clinic Manager, and Home Coordinator, and implement action plans as required. Collaborative Oversight and Outcome Management: Work closely with the Regional VP of Operations, Clinical and Regulatory Managers, Chief Medical Officers, and other IRC staff and physicians to oversee home programs and ensure the highest quality of care for home patients. Manage, review, and monitor home program outcomes monthly and provide updates to leadership. Policy, Procedure, and Resource Development: Ensure that the department maintains up-to-date clinical policy, procedure, and training manuals for home programs. Develop resources to support compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as IRC clinical policies and procedures, in collaboration with facility staff for new, acquired, managed, and existing facilities. Supply and Cost Management: Ensure prudent use of supplies and medications to avoid wastage. Provide guidance on managing cost per treatment in home programs to meet required goals. Marketing and Program Promotion: Partner in developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow and expand the home program across facilities. Collaborate with facility management and physician partners to market home dialysis programs and support their growth. IT Application Proficiency and Professional Development: Apply knowledge and understanding of relevant IT applications, including clinical data, laboratory reports, vendor-supported programs, and QMS billing. Maintain membership in appropriate national organizations to stay updated on industry news and developments. External Collaboration and Additional Responsibilities: Work with external business and supply partners to enhance program effectiveness. Perform other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned. Required Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Nursing. Current RN license; BSN and CNN preferred. 6+ years of nursing experience, including 4+ years in home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis modalities. Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to train and develop staff. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to make independent decisions. Experienced on the equipment in use at Innovative Renal Care home programs. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
