We're looking for a Senior Clinical Nurse to join our innovative Fetal Monitoring Unit. In this remote role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety of mothers and babies by monitoring fetal tracings and collaborating with bedside teams across multiple hospitals.

What you'll do:

Be a guardian angel for moms and babies by remotely monitoring fetal tracings.
Identify any concerns in the tracings and promptly notify the bedside team.
Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Share your expertise by mentoring and coaching other nurses.
Stay up-to-date on the latest fetal monitoring practices and technologies.
You'll be a great fit if you have:

A registered nurse license in the state of Maryland (or eligible through Compact agreements).
Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification.
At least 5 years of experience in labor and delivery.
Strong leadership skills and a collaborative spirit.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
