Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors, helping to bring projects to life on time and within budget. While experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is a plus, it is not required. What matters most is a strong background in digital marketing and a knack for utilizing digital tools to drive meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage a variety of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and marketing database campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence.
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, comparing results to established goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify emerging trends and insights, optimizing marketing spend and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop websites, digital content, and digital selling tools.
Use your strong analytical skills to assess the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new technologies that could enhance our marketing efforts.
External/Client-Facing Responsibilities:
Oversee project management for client accounts, ensuring that digital marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly.

Veeva Engage
Google Marketing Suite
Data Studio
Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
Sprout Social
SEM Rush/SpyFu
Internal Marketing Responsibilities:
Lead and manage social media and content programs.
Identify continuous learning and development opportunities for the team, including workshops, webinars, and educational resources.
Build and maintain a regulatory playbook for digital initiatives.
Keep a close eye on trends in the industry to inform strategies.
Develop case studies and presentation slides that showcase digital marketing capabilities and successes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of key channels like SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Strong creative skills with the ability to identify target audiences and design campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Interest in optimizing landing pages and user experience to drive conversion.
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends).
Hands-on experience setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of their impact on digital marketing.
Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
