Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing practice management software (Eaglesoft), phone systems and patient relations
Ensure smooth scheduling, check-in and walk out processes for patients
Train and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service
Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate patient records, reservations, and payments
Coordinate with providers to ensure efficient scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient satisfaction
Monitor and manage room availability, fee schedules, and occupancy levels
Manage credentialing of new providers
Oversee supply budget and ordering of dental supplies and equipment
Supervise insurance claim processing and follow up
