Job Description:

This Is Voice is looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data entry tasks while also providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys interacting with customers. 

• Accurately enter and update customer information into company databases.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues by providing information or escalating to the appropriate department.
• Verify and correct data entry errors to maintain data integrity.
• Assist customers with navigating company products or services and provide technical support when needed.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or data entry are a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role is preferred.
• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and customer service software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
