**Roles & Responsibilities:**

- Research, create, and execute exceptional travel itineraries tailored to client needs.
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain certification for booking travel.
- Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized in specific destinations.
- Review and plan trips within client budget constraints.
- Develop promotional materials for use in marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on travel restrictions and advisories.
- Handle all travel bookings, including flights, car rentals, hotels, cruises, and event tickets.
- Communicate effectively with clients before and after their trips.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the booking or travel process.
- Network with tour operators to offer clients the best travel packages.
- Flexible working hours, with part-time and full-time options available.

**Requirements:**

- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively (a strong sales background is a plus).
- Access to a smartphone with internet capabilities; a computer or laptop is recommended but not required.
- Personal travel experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
