Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Your expertise in travel planning, customer service, and hospitality will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

• Develop and manage comprehensive travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements.
• Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
• Handle any travel-related issues or changes promptly and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best options for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire travel process, from planning to post-trip follow-up.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong background in travel planning with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems and travel management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple itineraries effectively.
• A passion for travel and knowledge of various destinations is highly desirable.
