We are seeking a dedicated and reliable experienced Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent cleaning skills, and the ability to work independently to ensure clients' homes are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. This position is part time as needed basis .

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience as a house cleaner
• Must bring own supplies
• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Must use third party software for cleaning jobs and communication
• Commitment: At least a one-year commitment is preferred to build long-term relationships.

Subcontractor:

• This is an independent contractor role, meaning you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits. Etc
• Required Documentation: W-9 Form is required upon hiring.
• Preferred Qualifications: General Liability Insurance is strongly preferred. We can guide successful candidates in finding suitable coverage.
• Contract Agreement: All subcontractors are required to sign a contract agreement upon hiring.
