Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents to support the efficient operation of the company.

  6. Vendor Management: Liaise with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to confirm reservations, obtain necessary documentation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  8. Special Projects: Support various projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors or management, contributing to the success of the organization.
